I am Phuong, a product designer who loves crafting digital experiences that are meaningful.
Currently based in Helsinki, Finland, where I earned my Bachelor's in Business and Hospitality Management from LAB University of Applied Sciences.
Somewhere along the way, I fell hard for design and technology and decided to make a pivot into UX and product design.
After years working in customer service, one lesson stuck with me: good design, like good service, only works when the customer or user finds the experience valuable.
Currently seeking new opportunities for 2026 summer/fall. Reach out to me on LinkedIn or simply by copy email 💌email - I'd love to hear from you!
